RODUN uses business for good. The price of your purchase is partly used to protect threatened tropical forests and endangered wildlife in vulnerable areas. Our partner, Rainforest Trust, is a world leader organization in the protection of tropical ecosystems.
Why do
Healthy tropical ecosystems are imperative to maintain a healthy planet, and it is up to us to save them. Our name RODUN comes from the word "round" which is the shape of the Earth. Protecting it is our mission.
Tropical rainforests affect the daily lives of every person on the planet. They safely store billions of tons of carbon, helping ward off climate change.
Tropical forests remain untapped resources for scientific and medical discoveries—a quarter of all medicines are extracted from plants found deep in the rainforests.
They are also home to thousands of unique species that depend on the protection of rainforests for their survival.
Our friend, who we proudly cooperate with, is Rainforest Trust, a non-profit conservation organization that purchases and protects tropical habitat to save endangered species since 1988 by working with local organizations and communities throughout South America, Africa and Asia.
